[Resolved] Samsung India — television | |||||
I bought samsung fhd led 32' tv from reliance digital service fun mall in coimbatore on 13th june 2014. On 7th of october the display suddenly started dis functioning. We registered a complaint in reliance digital customercare and they sent a technical person to check the issue. (They said they are sending an authorized samsung service person) After checking the tv the technical person identified the display panel damaged and for replacing it we have to spend rs.15000/- additionally. (Already we bought the tv for r. S 35000/-) i started to argue with him because i am not rich enough to spend much amount and he contacted another person he said it will take rs.5000/- to replace the display panel. So i asked the contact details of both the service persons but the person who came for the service didn't disclose their name and contact details and left my home after collecting r. S300/- as inspection charges after arguing with him for a long time. He said he collecting the amount only because of my warranty period got expired. So what i am coming to say here, why the display is damaging within 3 years that too brand like samsung. You are marketing your product by saying you have very good quality, if a product is not sustainable for 5 years atleast then what is the use of your brand.in fact we are using washing machine and pc monitor from the same brand. So hereafter i forced to change my brand and i will forced to change the customer mind those who prefers samsung brand. Because i am talking from the bottom of my heart, think that i spent 35000/- for a tv and after 3 years i have to spend again for the display. Its simply poor quality you are giving and you are exactly cheating your customers. I am not going to call any of your service person and i cant spent even a single rupee for this. I want your team to visit my place and resolve the issue immediately without charging any replacement cost. I will wait another 1 week if nothing happens i will set to fire your samsung tv and circulate video through social media and i will suggest every one not to go for samsung brand.
