[Resolved] Samsung India — touch screen repairing complaint | |||||
Dear samsung, On[protected] i had repaired my samsung mobile j5 screen in samsung authorized service center but because of there lenient attitude, after 3 months the screen is coming out from upper side & when i try to push the screen inside it is fleackering & when i visited to service center they are telling me that they will again change the screen which again costing me rs. 3000/- means after 3 months i m again paying rs. 3000/- for same thing. Is this really worth that in 3 months i m paying rs. 6000/- for the same issue & if i again do it what will be the garenty this will not happen again. Tha value for my money is really zero to them. I had attached the invoice copy for the reference. Plz try to solve my problem as it is really painful thing for me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
