[Resolved]  Samsung India — tv display issue

Dear sir/madam,

Hope you're doing well.

I would like to inform you, (Regarding complaint for samsung led tv with model number-ua32m5570aumxl and serial number 0a5r3zej800544d.)
I have purchase mention led tv in month of september 2017 & installation did by samsung in month of october 2017. From day one there is spot appear on screen so i have check with croma call log to samsung tv & consider that they log a call to them but from their side i get information like try hdmi cable instead of avi cod & also check the usb pen drive as well. Primary issue of verticals line issue get resolve but actually issue is not resolve in 3rd month december 2017 at night we power off new tv & morning suddenly it is like physical damage which is not happen from our side, i have log a call to samsung tv service call log number ([protected]) ([protected]) after that two to three times take follow up on that then service engineer visit at my place & take photos for same. Then call me for quote is 22k again i have check on toll free number for same.
Finally on samsung site i get the tab where we can raised the query to ceo office but again sudha, ajay, rahul & rakesh (Senior executive, customer experience, samsung india electronics pvt. Ltd.) even most call did with sudha & all of them said me this is physical damage & closed my incidents and delay to provide service even i provided all evidence for same.
So i have ask them give me escalation matrix i need to talk with your senior person till date they just closed the call.

There is so many things which is possible to explain on phone ([protected]). Request you to kindly help me to replace display panel free of cost because this physical damage not happen from my side even service people inform me it get increase day by day.

Note: i have evidence of sms, email sent from yahoo mail etc.

Dear Team,
Today I received call from Shanu Malhotra[protected] and without understanding she disconnected phone call & closed the complaint which sent to CEO's office.

what is going on ? How we trust on this Samsung branded company any Product where these type of peoples as Senior Executive, Customer Experience. they did not care about end user who buy this brand of Samsung products.

All above mention senior Executives are even not provide the escalation matrix then how upper management get the real scenario then we did not buy any Samsung Product in future this is dam sure.

and issue is that out of 6 peoples only two ladies contact me for issue & without understand closed the complaints, and main concern is that I am never told them to go agents your company policy. but what is company Policy if Physical damage did by end user or customer then I am agree with them but here case is that
mention physical damage happens due to faulty display we get from day one & explain them for same.
In short how I accept & pay 20 k for the TV price 34 k, if this mention damage not does from us as customer even provide the photo snap still they reply & closed complaints.also because of this type of third class service i am get & increase the days without solution. or given 20K chargeable cost is never ever acceptable for me.where we are not in fault.

I am really very disappointed from the service i get from Samsung Brand company where I was buy two TV's one is 32" & another is 42" . if you want kindly refer Invoice no for same (SLA[protected] & SLA[protected]. also i have attached the files FYI.

@Indian Consumer Team,

Request you to give me justice for mention issue raised by me. if I am wrong kindly correct me, why i am sure because Santosh, Sadashiv & Senior Executives told me that this spot should be increase day by day due to that I know in month of oct 2017 installed TV have issue occur automatically within 3 months because of faulty part of display i get and from Dec to till date their service team wasted time on my complaints (28th Dec 2017 to till date almost one months I am struggling a lot for same)
I have hope from you Indian consumer team member to get justice from you, any how you will help one Indian middle class person who do the handwork & earn money.

(Note: If these Senior Executives mention physical damage happens from my side but reality is this particular pic have an issue from day one due that My request to Samsung should be replace faulty display panel asap under warranty & without wasting you're valuable time.)
