I have purchased one tv kuv43 6470 march 2018 Recently i have removed the poly pack from penal i have seen manufacturer difect in tv same is initiate to complend customer care but still not resolve after we have so many time reminder i am initiate to writen complend to you. I am expecting to you now my complend will resolve on priority basis And i have also concern from samsung dealer he is not supported to me for this concern, Earlier i have initiated to one more complend with in 3 day post purchase the tv for replesment but service canter candidate was visit 5 to 6 time at my home because remote not working still we [censored]ing problem, now complend is closed without customer satisfactory letter Chandra prakash jadaun Primary no [protected] Alternate no.[protected] E mail id [protected]@gmail.com Please help...
