[Resolved] Samsung India — unethical behavior & unacceptable customer service | |||
We are owner of samsung refrigerator bought on 24/07/2018 with following details Owner name: nipun sharma, Bough from: sargam electronics jail road Gstin: 07aapcs5520h1z6 Model no: rff samsung rt42m5538bs We lodge a complaint on 12th july 2018 for non cooling related issue and there has been multiple visit from different samsung representative however no one has solved the problem. Now, even no one is picking up the phone in call centre.. This is pathetic service and our refrigerator is not in workable condition (Pcb board is changed, gas refilled). When requested for earlist resolution, mr nanda from customer care toll no :[protected] talked in very unethical way with my father (Senior citizen with critical heart condition). Now, we are in disarray and in fix with this issue. Therefore request for your support.
