Dear sir/madam, 1. I have raised request to repair my washing machine on 13th jun 2019, which is still in warranty. Customer reference #: [protected] Complaint number #: [protected] A service engineer visited, removed few parts made it more worst and left, stating "i am going to get few parts and will come back and fix the parts. But he never returned till date". Service engineer name: saleem Service engineer contact #: [protected] And the service center guys have closed my ticket with following status: Model code requested date tracking no repair status reason Wt725qpndmpxtl 13/06/2019 [protected] your repair has been successful na 2. I have seen this, and called customer support and raised another request on 1st jul 2019. Customer reference #: [protected] Complaint number #: [protected] This time no service engineer have visited and ticket got closed as below Model code requested date tracking no repair status reason Wt725qpndmpxtl 01/07/2019 [protected] cancelled by asc your service request has been cancelled as no defect found in the product. Aug 27, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved The Service Center Called me and have resolved my issue and they only following up day to day, where as before raising complaint in consumer complaints, they were not picking our calls and closing the tickets as they have resolved our Issue.
