Samsung — Issue on Samsung mobile - Poor cusomer service | |||
Hi, Recently i purchased this mobile and having issue on that from the beginning Issue - unable to hear opposite person voice, its improper and not clear. please note its not an issue with network. Note: I have give to service centre 3 times but the issue is still persist. The mobile sill in service center for last 1month and cusomer response is very poor and no responding well. I havent used my handset from the beginnig.its worth 9800/-Rs Please let me know what should i do, or else take it that and refund the amount i will purchase the quality one(available in other company). Its really hectic for me to chase the customer support and get the update and more over I have no hope on your services.
