Samsung — Item refused but redelivered | |
Hi, I placed an order for Samsung M01 2GB RAM phone. The order number is [protected] on Oct 15th. Later I changed my mind and contacted Helpline to cancel it. The person said cancellation not possible and that I need to refuse the item. The next day (Oct 16th) the item came home and I refused delivery, I got the message that cancellation is processed. But again today (Oct 17th) another person delivered the same item to me and he is not willing to take back the item. Please arrange for a return pickup as I am not interested in the item. Please process the refund asap. The Reference number for the complaint raised is 1760612. The Customer Care person gave me an incorrect email (something like this... 'sielheelp.zendesk.com') which I could not understand. Please improve the communication of people who take calls from Customers. Their website email support, chat has defects they are not up to mark and none has cared to fix them too. The Customer Care numbers are faulty too and their communication is not up to mark.
