The following problems was observed: • Overheating of Handset • Network problem It was handed over to your service center on 28/05/2015. They accepted and found it as a defective piece. For the replacement, your dealer(Tohfa Electronics) is asking me to wait for 10-15 days which do not seems to be reasonable. It is your responsibility to expedite the matter otherwise I will be forced to write a letter to Samsung Korea as well as to Consumer Forum to compensate for the late replacement.
