Samsung — lost of hardare

In last of December-January 2015. I have checked my mobile SAMSUNG GALAXY NEO at Service Centre Bhajan Pura, Delhi 54. The staff checked my mobile 3 times and they called me three times at Cente. At last they give my mobile, but when i checked the HANDFREE - JACK was missing. I went to the Centre again and said that Jack is not in my phone. They checked and said to me that Sir, now we do not have a JACK, you can come on after 3/4 days . We will give you that. But when i went there after 3/4 days. The centre was not there. I was shocked. Than i decided to go another Service Centre. I went to Krishna Nagar, Delhi Centre, it was too not there. Than i went to Arjun Nagar, Delhi-51 centre. They told me that you are (hardware) part is missing. So the set is not in Warranty. So help me in this regard. it look like that SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE making fool to the customer.
