Samsung — Microwave installation-too busy making money non responsive dealer- rude technicians | |||
Hi, I bought a Smart Microwave oven on 30th Oct. from Sachdeva Sales, Bistupur, jamshedpur. All goody words and commitment during sales. Now not even ready to listen. Worst dealer come across so far.Abo[censored]ely not customer centric and making people against brand.probably my last purchase for any samsung product. Installation of microwave not done so far. Continuously chasing then a guy turn up, rude enough to bang tnhe door and go away sqaying' you can get demo from whoever you want'. Second instance after lot of escallation again - Self projected as Samsung representative- Mr Shahid sent a guy. No knowledge of basic features as difference of Microwave and convection mode.Auto menu etc. Abo[censored]e4 formatlity to close the ticket of the demo as esclated. Abosultely no help and the guy went back. During purchase i was commited to get a cookery Demo, by Sachdeva sales. Now no hearing and am runining pillar to post to get a proper Demo. Pathetic service. Big brands with such poor support structure cannot get too far. Customer facing channels and technicians quality should be monitored.
