Microwave oven Triple Distribution Ssystem(TDS) Model CE 733JDB/XTL R 41002346 S/NJ6R87WFM800453E bought through Amazon Invoice No.SBIG118553 Invoice date 26thOctober 2019. Amount paid Rs.8449/- Material delivered and commissned by Samsung reprsentative first week November 2019 Front Touch screen not working. Sent complaint on 17 November 2020 to Samsung Customer Care Complaint No.[protected] Technical rep came and said the front touch screen to be replaced Cost Rs.2500/- Just ten days after warranty shows poor quality of product.
