I HAVE ALREADY MENTIONED PROBLEM REGARDING SAMSUNG GALAXY S5 THE DAY IT WAS BOUGHT I AM HAVING PROBLEM. ACCORDING TO YOUR CALL I WENT TO SERVICE CENTRE THEY SAID ITS SWITCHING OFF COZ OF PROBLEM WITH AIRTEL SIM, I HAVE CHANGED THE SIM PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS.IF YOU CANT HELP WHATS THE POINT IN COMPALAINING.I THINK I WILL BETTER TAKE THIS TO HIGHERE AUTHORITIES TAKE THE MATTER LEGALLY. REALLY DISAPPOINTING BOTH SAMSUNG PHONES AND YOUR SERVICE, HENCEFORTH I SHOULD INFORM THE CUSTOMERS NOT TO BUY ANY SAMSUNG MOBILE Was this information helpful? | |||
