Samsung Mobile — Overheat problem of A7

This is my third complaint against samsung.My device Samsung A7 is over heating and i have visited 3 times to samsung service center but end up with no result.I have bought this mobile on 30/08/15 and then on my job is to run around dealer and service center by taking my complaint. I have received messages from DM-SAMCCC 2 times SAYING THAT YOUR QUERY MIGHT BE RESOLVED .But nothing is been done till date. I am very Un-Happy with the kind of service i got from samsung service. I request you to kindly exchange my mobile at the earliest and help me in not wasting my time running around service center in my busy schedule. First request service center number - [protected] dated 9/9/15 ( FYI )

GUYS I HAD BUY BRAND NEW A7 FROM MARKET ON[protected] AND IT SIM SLOT ONE IS NOT WORKING AND I GO TO SERVICE STATION AND THEY TRY TO FIT SIM IN SLOT BUT WHEN THEY CANNOT FIT SIM IN SLOT THEY ARE SAYING THAT IT IS BROKEN AND THEY REFUSE TO CHANGE IT I HAD COMPLAIN IN COSTOMER CARE AND THERE HIGHER AUTHORITY PEOPLE ARE SAYING WHAT EVER YOU DO DO IT I CANNOT CHANGE THE PHONE AND YOU HAD TO PAY FOR IT IF YOU WANT TO USE IT I HAD PURCHASE MY PHONE ON[protected] PLESE HELP ME IF BODY KNOW HIS MD NUMBER SO I WANT TO TALK TO HIM ABOUT THIS CAUSE THIS IS VERY BAD COMPANY NOBODY HAS TO PURCHASED THERE PHONE FROM MARKET BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT GIVEING ANY SERVICE FOR THERE PRODUCTS IF ANY BODY WANT TO HELP ME SO MY MOBILE NUMBER IS [protected] I AM GOING TO CONSUMER COURT AGAINST THIS FRAUD COMPANY MY EMAIL ID IS [protected]@GMAIL.COM AND MOBILE NUMBER IS [protected]
