Samsung Mobile — Samsung Note 4 (problem from day one)

Hello Team, I had bought a Samsung Note 4 a couple of months back and from the day one it started giving me issues (phone network going offline abruptly), initially i thought that it was some issue with the telecom provider, however after getting the same checked in all aspects from Airtel, I understood that its the phone that is faulty. Later i tried contacting the Samsung CC team online via the chat, and there i was asked to reset the device in multiple ways which took a few days for testing and validating that the issue was not fixed. Post a month or a little more, on recontacting the Samsung CC team they arranged a technical team to have a look into this one. However the team here in Hyderabad is so poor in service, after waiting for a few days, i had to contact the CC team over the phone and take their contact number. and only after multiple calls to them, the pickup guy turned-up, by the time the phone Note 4 went completely dead (not powering on). They took the set and replaced the Motherboard. Later while returning t he phone they said that they have taken care of everything and have tested it and only after that they are returning the piece. I started using the phone and after a few days saw those issues started happening again and again very frequently; and along with that there were few more issue that started happening (Spen issue, not working properly). Now on contacting the Samsung CC, they again repeated the same process of delaying the case and after keeping the phone with them at the service center for a couple of days, returned saying that they didnt find any issues. However the problem was still there, and therefore i had to escalate this issue with the senior team in Samsung CC. Now after a couple weeks of argument they decided to forward the case to the Delhi Office, post that a guy called as "Ankit Shankhdhar" contacted me and asked for to get the device checked again and only after he insisted a couple of times I agreed to give the phone to the same service center team here at Hyderabad. Before giving the handset i very clearly told him that i would not accept this same hand set as I am pretty sure that there is some issue with this model/piece. My Ankit assured me that if that is the case, he will help me get this sorted to the best of my satisfaction. He added that he wanted to check if there was actually a problem as i mentioned. Now after submitting the Phone to them on the 7/12/2015, the replacement phone given to me was not working and later on calling them after 15 minutes, the pickup guy turned up and gave me a handset that was again not working. On wasting my time with all this i took bank my Note $ and returned him (it was 11pm then). The next day the pickup guy called me at around 3pm and said that i am at your place to take the phone and he has arranged for a different piece. On asking him if he intimated me prior to coming to my place, he instead of replying me to my query started arguing and kept saying that it wouldn't take too much of time, and therefore come and give him the phone (Note :- at 3 pm i was in Office). Later he took his boss on conference call and started having a big argument and started talking very rudely (Note :- this is not the first time of the unethical and unprofessional talk from the Samsung Service Center (Mr. Pradeep/Praveen)). On hearing to all this, i told him that ask Mr. Ankit to call me as he was taking care of the entire issue. (Note :- All this incident had caused a lot of loss of my precious time and it was very well informed to all the people involved in here from Samsung team that its my primary phone for my official work). Not paying attention to all the trouble already caused to me till now, i was forced to submit the phone to the same team 2 days later. All this episode has wasted another 10 days here. I was assured that post checking the handset, Mr. Ankit would contact me and give me a proper solution which would be best to my satisfaction. After a few days (Precisely 5 days later); i am being contacted and told that they have found all the problems that i told them and Mr. Ankit asked for the Bill of the phone for to help arrange for a new replacement handset considering the fact that i have faced this much issue and went through all this trouble. On submitting the documents there was no response for a couple of days inspite of several reminder mails send to him. Today 18/12/2015 7pm; Someone with the name Mr. Ankur called me and said that the phone is repaired and would be returned to me with some few days of extended warranty on the same piece, showing that there was noting else that was promised and was being worked on by Mr. Ankit. On asking me about Mr. Ankit (Ankit Shankhdhar, Senior Executive); he said that he is not available and started making excuses, and arguing on the complete case; nullifying all my points and all the concerns that i reported earlier. After a argument for some 30 minutes that he would not do anything more than what he proposed. (Note :- all this happened after a very different kind of discussion I had with Mr. Ankit; and all the promised points were just ignored and Mr. Ankur was behaving in a way as if nothing ever happened). Above all this he was not ready to listen to any of my points and not ready to answer to anything I was saying. All this is quite a big unprofessional behavior and also presented in very cheating/tricky and a rude manner. Therefore I would request the senior members of this Samsung team to look into this case at the earliest and help me get this sorted with either returning my money or helping me with a different new phone set. I would like to do a highest executive escalation and bring to the notice of the senior management as to how is the complete team here, interacting with customers is bluffing around, making false promises, incompetent, rude and unprofessional. I do have all the calls records I had with all the senior executives. Please don’t force me to take this thing via the consumer forum (court of law). (Note :- There was so many more instances that happened in on here that I couldn’t quote as it would have taken forever with the set of complaints) Hoping for the quick and prompt response from the Samsung India Team.
