[Resolved] Samsung — No action and Misbehaviour by Samsung's headoffice centre | |||
This complaint is regarding the misbehaviour by the Samsung Headoffice Delhi towards me after the complaint made by me for my mobile phone getting hanged problem in your website (https://www.consumercomplaints.in). The way he had conversation with me is very rude and disrespectful. We had the following conversation : He told me to courier the mobile to South India. When I told him that it would be inconvinient for me to sent the handset to South and asked him to suggest some other convinient way or nearby service centre, to which his reply was very rude as he told me to roam about the whole Kolkata and when tired to call back him and to sent the phone to South India. This type of behaviour from such reputed company's employee is not expected. I want an immidiate action against the company and the person talking to me. Further I am providing the number of Samsung Headoffice Delhi from which I got the call and time of the call.
