[Resolved] Samsung — No any satisfied services given in customer | |||||
I have call to your call centre many time but no service received till date. My mobile sm - j5 charge adapter have damaged within 2 month due to date of purchasing but your service centre do not take any action till date. Your service centre in mahatab road, odisha, cuttack they say me charger not available or it's services are not included in our customer care & they have not give any job card number. So i am using any other company charger with known it's very bad effected my cell phone mother board damages or any minor or major problem. I am helpless so I am continuously follow up with your customer care but no any satisfied services given me. O plz solve my problem!! * anurag...
