[Resolved] Samsung — not accepting my extended warranty for samsung lap top | |||
Dear sir, I have purchased a Samsung laptop from Silicon intex pvt ltd from Nehru place dated 30/11/2012. I have got the mail of external warranty from samsung on 30.11.2012 I am facing problem on laptop last one month as per my additonal warranty I complaint to your Okhla service center on Dated : 1/11/2014.complain no is [protected] than submit origional bill, mail copy of extanal warranty than submit Laptop. After 10 days your service center informed to me my external warranty is not valid due to not enterd on your system after that I have talked with that branch service incharge Mr. Satyajeet and call center Mr. sourav chaubey BSM Mr. Sanjeev saxena service center head Harsh vallia but I have not got any solution for my problem. after that I have recd one call from your samsung call center Mr Piyush Singh Chauhan he asked to me extended warranty paper and cpoy of bill on mail attached the same.
