Samsung — Order cancelled by their own and also refunded partial amount only
I had ordered Galaxy F62 (6GB RAM) (Black) from Samsung shop e store with order id [protected] on July 24 2021. and they cancelled my order, i try to reach customer care but there was no response from there side i raised an escalation for call back but no response. After this, i got a email from Samsung regarding my refund and that was also partial refund they deducted payment gateway charges, this is not expected, first of all they cancelled my order and stuck amount more then 15 days then after also refunded partial amount with payment gateway charges deduction, i paid online total Rs - 18, 999.00 and they refunded me only 16169.00 after 15-20 days of order cancellation, i request you to please take some action against samsung india for cancelling my pre-paid order and also deducting payment gateway charges by not refunding full amount.
