[Resolved] Samsung — qdigi service centre, ghaziabad asked extra amount after agreeing on a amount | |
I have a samsung a50 mobile phone under warranty bought in feb 2020. On 22 sept it stops charging. I went to qdigi service centre, c-34, rdc, rajnagar, ghaziabad. They told me that charging port got damaged because of dust and it is not replaceable in warranty, so i have to pay rs. 700 for the repair and it will took an hour to repair. I agreed on the amount and after repair i made the payment of rs. 700 through paytm. Then they gave me a bill of rs. 1150 and asked to pay rs. 450 more. When i asked the reason of increased amount in the bill first they told me that the prices of the parts are increased and they gave me old prices. So according to them the prices are inflated from 700 to 1150 in just an hour. After some time they said that the amount of 700 was told to me by mistake. These people are very rude and unprofessionals. I had to pay rs. 450 more to them. Was this information helpful? | |
