[Resolved]  Samsung Refrigerator — Deficiency of one door tray in model no rr1915ccasa

Dear Sir, I have purchased a samsung refrigerator model no samsung RR1915CCASA ON 09.08.2014 from the dealer Great eastern Co of KANCHAPARA BRANCH comes under kolkata vide bill no 18/SA/1415/06191 and found one Door Tray at just bottam of ist Top Door tray less and reported the same to the concern Dealer. I have confirmed from your helpline that there should be five door Tray in the same model on 17.08.0214. But the Dealer say that there are only four number of Door Tray supplied for the above mentioned model.
