In this connection i have to inform that when the delivery of above refrigerator was made the upper door of the same was partially damaged the photograph obtained at that time is attached for your information. We have made complained to the concern dealer many times but they are not responding to our complaint. You are requested to takeup the matter and consider my request in priority basis.
