[Resolved] Samsung Refrigerator — Problem in compressor | |||||
This is regarding I had purchased an refrigerator on 16th Jan 2016 from vijay sales kharghar branch model no. SAMSUNG REF RT33HDRFASL STAINLESS STEEL now due to cooling problem I had logged in complaint for the same now your concerned executive visited my house and asked for visiting charges then said that your gas in the compressor is leakage then after long follow up with the executive replied that if the gas is leakage then it will be charged and my refrigerator is only 15 months old and it has a warranty of 10 years and if the compressor is leakage in only this time frame then what is the use of buying such a branded products it is totally waste of money to invest in brand which is a world wide leader.
