Sir, We have lodged complaint on 19/04/2015 vide reference no [protected]. The engineer visit on 20/04/2015 and asked that gas pipe will be replaced and when we received the gas pipe we resolve the perbolem. Now 5 days has been lapsed engineer not visit again. We have faced this type of (leakage of gas) second time within short duration i.e. purchase date of referigerator is 21/04/2014. We had LG refrigerator before this refrigerator and during the tenure of 12 years I have never any complaint of LG refregerator It seams that this refrigerator have manufacturing fault. So, you are requested to please replace this refrigerator or refund my amount to avoid legal complication as your engineer say that we will repair this last time after that your warranty will be lapsed.
