Samsung — Refund delay and status

I cancelled my order on Jan 17th and used debit card for paying the phone. Order was cancelled successfully and i was told that refund will be initiated in 5-7 working days. Today is Feb12, no status. I have been following up since 2 weeks with the customer card department, i am getting conflicting messages. One says escalated, other says not yet escalated. Every time, they say will escalate to the management, other that no information. Some times they say payment gate way issue. How in the world payment gateway issue for 22 days? is it possible.
order no: [protected]. I lost confidence on samsung. i am frustrated with the customer service, they dont have any proper rights to escalate, looks like. same response every time i call them. please look into this. i need my money at the earliest? do i get an intrest for the delay?

I wanted to buy samsung 21 ultra 5g on emi option instead of full payment, that is why i had to cancel. Now i lost confidence on the company for the horrible customer service?. already crossed ETA 5-7 days and still not refunded. Every time i hear the same message as "Payment gateway issue". how come the payment gateway issue for 25 days? is samsung not working to fix it? if it is really an issue, atleast issue me a cheque, i will deposit to my account. what was the reason for this delay?

customer service is really working as black box, not escalation and no transperancy in dealing the issues. why i am not getting any emails about the status of the refund? if the case is open, some body should be working and escalating the issue right? customers also dont have option to escalate other than talking with the support team. please check the loophole in the system and update me at the earliest.

btw, thanks for responding atleast this complaint. hope to get my money back. i really need money at the earliest, i do have to clear some loans on my end. it cannot be delayed that long. hope u guys understand my concern. please escalate the backend team for the resolution at the earliest.
