Samsung — Reg. refund of claim in respect of refrigerator | |||
I have purchased a samsung referigerator DC RR-2115TABBL on 23/10/2012 from Sargam Electronics, Delhi for an amount of Rs. 15500.. The refrigrator has liner problem. I have ignor some time and lastly I have complain on 13/10/2013 and the reference number No. [protected]. The same has attended by their mechanical enginer twice or thrice, in between one year has been lapsed and the company has refund only Rs. 10500/- vide cheque No. 9747 dated 24/12/13 as the time is over one year, and the same is refused by me. My submission is that the liner problem, I have complained within one year and the same has not corrected, and the company is refunding the money as the company is not able to correct the liner problem in refrigrator. Hence, the company shall refund the whole amount of Rs. 15500/-. Was this information helpful? | |||
