sir this is ur samsung priviliged customer ..sir i have broke my screen touch pad nd i have broked it two times and my name nd all my details are registered in ur data entry but the problem here when i went for the repair again i lost ur job sheet which i was asked to show my id proofs i was though ready to show my pan card the customer offiver o[censored]rs plays jokes with me regarding giving my phone nd answering other customer kkeping me aside and though ur customer centre have a scanner and xerox machine i was asked to go and get xerox ..and afterall i got angry and i asked compalint box number they say me with harsh words that we wont be giving ur phone u can complain to anyofficials etc, , , , and i was bing treated very harshly as if i have got it reaired for free...watever i am a samsung customer this is unfair i kindly request you guys to take immidiate action Was this information helpful? | |||
