Samsung — Samsung galaxy a7 mobile

Sir i have purchased samsung galaxy a7 on 29 may 2015. The phone started showing battery draining problem but the condition worsened after giving the phone to service centre. They said that sir ur os is upgraded to lollipop nd there is battery issue in that. I have given the phone to service centre many times but of no use. They have extended my warranty for 02 month. There is no use of that extended warranty as they are not able to solve the problem nd neither they r giving me replacement for that nor they are refunding the money. If i talk to service centre, service centre guy says that i can't do anything nd when i talk to customer care, they simply say that 'ki sir aapko ek bar service centre visit karna padega'. This is the wastage of hard earned money. Pl look into this matter.

This was my first nd last mistake to buy Samsung product. Will never do the same mistake again. Not expecting any positive response from Samsung. Will have to bear this time, not again.
