I got my samsung m30s mobile before a yr. I got a update notification, after the update my mobile got stuck. Samsung Care told me that the motherboard issue and which costs me Rs 8000+ INR, my warranty got expired a month ago still my mobile in customer support center .I said I won't purchase any hardware it was not my mistake . Is this a pre-planned activity? to send an update and crash all the phone? so that everyone will purchase hardware? I don't see these types of silly issues in other mobiles which I used .still customer care not responding d they r not giving proper answers. Samsung m30s s failure model how can I again purchase another hardware of rs 80000 .its again waste of money.so I need free of service bcoz its completely samsung mistake.
