I am Arvind Sharma My mobile number is [protected] . .I bought samsung note 4 on 22 -feb -2015 of rs 55000 rs.After some months i faced some problem in this handset like heating issue, screen faded, suddenly shut down, heating issues, camera failed sometimes and hanging issues.I went service center many times they hold my handset for 15-30 for repairing and after receiving this handset i faced problem again in this handset i went again service center for resolution .After not resolving my issues they told me to submit documents for replacement or for refund i did as per their guidelines but after some days they refused replacement or refund request on warranty bases on 17-feb -2016 i informed my handset under warranty why ur company refused my replacement request but they didnt give me proper response i took AMC for this handset as i afraid that company will continue take liability for this handset as my previous replacement request was refused to warranty issues even my handset was under warranty.They always forced to go service center for repair as they will not provide any replacement .Please do needful i spent 55000 rs and still i am facing issues i am having email copies as a proof and also attaching latest job sheet copy .I submit my handset on 15-april-2016 m in their service center they again hold my handset for 15 days .I am very tired now please do needful. And last thing One of Their Customer care executive Mr Vivek committed to me if any issues found by service center again then he will replace this handset now he didnt respond me Was this information helpful? | |||

i didnt get any resolution against my problem.Even I becoming victim of cyber crime.Someone call me and make fraud with me.Not i am having doubt of this site also .Beware of these number [protected], [protected].I lost my money also .Please dont share any personal details if anyone making call on behalf of company some fraud persons also seeking opportunity to make fraud with u
