Dear Rashmi, We believe in quality and services We buy the best product whether it is iphone or Samsung. This time our experience was really bad with Samsung. We had bought the product as we use to Samsung product in earlier days where there was no Complaint. As mention earlier from the day one we bought Samsung MINI S 4 we are facing problem. We had been to dealer and service station to rectify the product. Recently it was promised by Mr Rajesh Chauhan Customer Experience your Motherboard has been replaced and there wouldn’t be any issue. But again the same issue Continue we had submitted our hand set to service station again. Would you use the same product if the Handset give you constant problem? Waiting for your reply.
