[Resolved] Samsung — Samsung split ac -1.5 ton - 3 star - very poor service from samsung | |||
I, Mohit Bansal has purchased a samsung split ac 3 star, 1.5 tons from big big bazzar, ambience mall, gurgaon on 3rd May 2014. After doing several calls on samsung call centre they sent a person for installation on 10th May 2014 after 7 days. During the installation installation person took 3420 Rs. Exta for copper wire & Rs. 700 for ground stand of outdoor . Once they installed the AC they informed that cooling will be done in 1-2 hours and they left . But cooling was not done . So I registered a complaint to samsung on 12th May 2014 with complaint no - [protected] . After that samsung engineer visited 4 times from 13 may to 17 may and every engineer has just given different excuses . And finally they told that your compressor is damaged. Then they sent a product specialist but he checked nothing and just asked problem from me and talked with previous visited engineer and then informed that your outdoor is damaged .So I can not understand why he is product specailst if he has not to check anything . Now that product specialsit has taken docs ( cancelled cheque, my id proof, invoice copy ) on 17th may 2014 and they informed that I will get a new AC either in 3-4 days or will get my money back in 5-7 days . Now from 17th may these samsung person has asekd 10 times docs from me in last days and has visited home without taking any appointment. They did not call anyone and direclty go to home to ask for the docs . for one doc they came 10 times . They are not replying for mails .They are cutting my calls . They are not giving any response . Seriuosly they are the worst in service . I need my money back as soon as possible or they replaced my ac with a good one.
