I bought samsung s21 ultra from Amazon india on 24/04/2021.As per the offer I was eligible for a samsung active 2 watch. I was unable to redeem the offer so I contacted samsung. Now it has been a more than a month I am struggling to get my offer. All samsung has is fake promises. Their customer representatives are completely untrained and each person will tell you a different story and when you ask for senior representatives, they will say they have arranged the call. Another fake promise as call will never come. I had never expected this type of service from samsung. And never ever buy a samsung product and specially from Amazon.
