Samsung Service Center — Issue regarding the service provided for new handset | |||||
Hi My name is Praveesh and I have purchased a handset from Sangeetha Mobiles, Madiwala Bangalore on 06 June 2015. Model:- Samsung E700H Black IMEI:- [protected] There was an issue happened in the handset that the power on key was not working and gave to Samsung Authorised center at BTM Layout Bangalore on 3rd Dec 2015. They had checked and said the parts are not available and will be available only after 3 working days. I was not having time to wait for 3 days, so asked them to return the mobile. The handset was in good working condition as before. Then I gave the handset to Mobile lab Samsung Service Center at Statue Junction, Trivandrum on 7th of Dec 2015. I strictly informed them that there is valuable documents are in my handset so should not delete the data and they promised me by mentioning in acknowledgement as do not delete data They dismantled the handset and informed me the next day that the mobile causes liquid damage and also said an amount of around 10, 000 Rupees for servicing. So I refused and asked to return the handset I got to know that they had spoiled the complete mobile which was in working condition and now its dead and also stating that the data cannot be recovered as well. There are lots of Databases which are most valuable for my job related, I at least need the data back. When I said the same to the service center manager, he was behaving rude and was telling if needed to move legally. Have raised a ticket with Samsung Customer Care, even there the response is always negative. Ticket number ( [protected] ) I am not sure why its not in working condition after dismantling the mobile from Trivandrum Service center but from Bangalore they was able to replace as the same. Kindly find a resolution for this issue as soon as possible. I purchased mobile with the trust on the brand, hope you can find a solution. Waiting for your response..
