Samsung Service Center — Mobile not updated as discussed | |||
Hi, My name Tamal Chatterjee_tamal7 and I have Samsung AA5 phone. From the beginning there was a pop up coming and showing an error massage that "unfortunately the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped". I ignore that, thinking it is a temporary issue and would going to resolve once update my phone from kit kat to lollipop. I did the update of android but still the pop up was coming. So visit the service centre in Baruipur, kolkata--700144. They said that it is software issue and they can fixed that by updating the software. After one hour that gave back phone saying that problem got resolved. But later I found thathat not only problem not resolved they have changed my android version to the lower version i.i.e. 4.4. What action have you taken in last 72 hours and what step is going to take ag as against the service centre?
If it not been taken care by 24 hours...I will complain in consumer forum.
