Samsung Service Center — samsung cell problem - under warranty

I had purchased a Samsung mobile on 19/9/2014. From the day one it gets hanged every now and then while receiving calls. Neither I could cut the call nor I could receive it. I just see my phone ringing and I am so helpless. I had visited the service center (Bir Electornics Pvt. Ltd., Bora Service Petrol Pump Building, Ground Floor, G. S. Road, Guwahati - 781007, Cell no. [protected],[protected], email id - birelectronics.[protected]@gmail.com) more than 6 times But didn't get any solution of my problem. Even the service center told me that they have changed the motherboard. I am fed up with the service provided by the service center. i have wasted a lot of time and energy in this matter. now i want immediate replacement / refund money from the company.
