NO.BS/MOBILE/2015/002 Dated 31st Jan 2015 To The Managing Director/ CEO Samsung India Noida, (UP) SUB:- LEGGAL NOTICE COMPLAINT NO. 128522.2.2014. DATED 27 Dec 2014 CONSUMER AFFAIRS. Kindly ref my EMAILS from 05 DEC2014 to 30th Jan 2015 Respected Sir, I purchased core 2 mobile phone of Samsung Srl no.35689-[protected] from mobile house Phagwara gate Jalandhar vide cash memo no.49308 dated 02 Dec 2014. Mobile was found defective and approached to service station Jalandhar. I have visited to 40 times of service station in three month. Company could not able to repair/ replaced or returned the cost of Mobile phone. On 30th Jan 2015 I collected the mobile and found they have damaged very badly during repair process and mobile is switched off after 3 minute automatically. Under the consumer act case has been registered AND approached Prime minister and finance minister. Till date no any action taken by Samsung. Why not case registered in Punjab Police for harassment, cheating and shortly I will approached to Hon’ble consumer court Jalandhar as case already forwarded by ministry of consumer affairs. Sufficient time already given to company. I will request replace the mobile or return the cost of mobile with harassment charges Rs. 50000/- please.
