[Resolved] Samsung — tried to scam me saying warranty period is over. | |||
The Product is under warranty as per the website and customer care as well. However the service agent who came to repair tried to scam me saying i have to pay since my warranty period has expired. He called over to the service center where another (ally of him for sure) said over the phone speaker that he confirm the warranty is over and i have to pay for the repair. As I was sure that my warranty is valid i refused to pay anything. They asked for visiting charge which I refused as well. That made him so upset that he told me not to bother them if i cant pay their bill. (which was not legit). I have solid proof that my product is under warranty which I am attaching with this complaint. Product purchase date :12 Nov 2015. Warranty period : 3Years. Complain date 16 Dec 2017.
