[Resolved] Samsung TV — Complaint in Samsung TV | |||
To The Managing Director Samsung Electronics Ltd New Delhi I have given Samsung TV Model no. CS21A330XLAXXL at your service center D-1 Sector-3 for repairing on dated 28.07.2014. I am enclosing here with scan copy of your service request sheet in attachment file for your ready reference. I have been told by your service center supervisor Mr. Aditya that this Samsung Model no. CS21A330XLAXXL has defect in Micro Controller IC which service center do not have the part (Micro Controller IC because the company has stopped to make this model) so our TV cannot be repaired. Please pass on instruction to your service center head to change the defective part at the earliest otherwise I will take legal action towards your company will registered a FIR in sector-24 Police Station against cheating with the customer and matter would be brought in the notice of National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and Secretary of Department of Consumer Affairs under Ministry of Consumer Affairs for taking action towards your company.
