i have purchased samsung led tv on 8/5/2014 from telu ram &son yesterday samsung service engineer came to install led he open the led from carton box he it wall mounting stand is not proper i bringing other one after that he did not come back i ring him four time he replied me you go and complaint my any where i will not install. than i approached to your castomer care they said tomorrow morning our service engineer will come but not come til now i request to you pl.pick your led from my house block no 3 h.n 2 housing board colony solan and return my money i don't want samsung product in future and i will suggest to my all none don't buy samsung product. your service engineer no. is [protected] revert back to me cell no.
