[Resolved] Samsung — TV not working | |||
I have purchased a Samsung TV 15/04/2019 at the Vasanth & Co dealer shop at Marthandam, Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu-62913.My TV had some issues. So I contacted nearby Samsung service center Marthandam and the technician came to visit my home and verified the problem. 7 weeks ago the cable adapter board got damaged . when I try to contact them it was billed so many excuses they said and due to this COVID-19 pandemic situation it was delayed. Few days ago I contacted the service center manager several times to not pick up my phone call. He explained the same thing and stock not available. I was pissed off that this issue should be solved as soon as possible and I was surprised that the genuine part has not been available in the market for 2 years after purchasing the TV Was this information helpful? | |||
