i purchased samsung washing machine, i am suffering from the machine problem since last 45 days, i lodge complaint at least 4 to 5 times. still i didn't get any proper reply and technician. If you can't fix the problem in 2 to 3 days then I will lodge the complaint against the company and go straight to the consumer forum.
