Samsung — WIFI Connectivity is not resolved after several follow ups

UA40H5500ARLXL SAMSUNG LED purchased on[protected] at YES MART, Kukutpally, Hyderabad. SAMSUNG Permanent Account No: [protected] Service Order No: [protected] Problem: Cant connect to the network After several followups on the above issue with Customer Care. The problem is not resolved still. The Technician coming and going without any solutions and saying that will get back when ever the complaint is lodged with customer care. The same happenned again after the complaint lodged in Consumer Complaints. Not having any seriousness to resolve the issue. Service Engineer came and went without any solution for the issue. He said will get back. My assumption is they are just dragging the time with no solution. SAMSUNG should be notified on that for selling the defective UA40H5500ARLXL SAMSUNG LED piece sold out.

The better way to resolve this issue is to handover the defective piece on exchange with new UA40H5500ARLXL SAMSUNG LED asap.
