SAMSUNG Permanent Account No: [protected] Service Order No: [protected] Problem: Cant connect to the network After several followups on the above issue with Customer Care. The problem is not resolved still. The Technician coming and going without any solutions and saying that will get back when ever the complaint is lodged with customer care.
