[Resolved] Samsung — Worst samsung service center | |||
Its been an worst experience with Samsung Service Center. Siva communications / Velachery / Chennai. I dropped my mobile by mistake and touch display got broken. then i approached Samsung service center for quality service, Initially they promised me that they will give my mobile in 2 days and it will cost around 7 thousand for touch and broken glass. No proper response on that 2 weeks over phone communication and then i visited Service center 2 times a day in these 2 weeks, but their constant reply was " today evening give u" or 'tomorrow morning give u" They wasted my 2 weeks time and finally their output was we are unable to seek spares for your mobile. Buying 30 thousand rupees costly mobile and SAMSUNG could not provide proper support then whats the point in running a reputed brand and their service centers. If my mobile not gonna be repaired in 1 week time defintely i will file a complaint in consumer court on SAMSUNG as well as on SIVA COMMUNICATIONS Velachery. . No one bye Samsung products. The employee with I have spoken are Preetu, Kavita so called supervisor, Shilpa, Shivananda Sheik and Lohit so called technician head. Harsha so called supervisor again no resolution yet.. I raised complaint on 23rd April and today is 30th April. Even after multiple follow up no help received I have paid full amount. Atleast refund the amount.
