Samsung — Wrong wall mount panel given | |||
Hi I had purchased Samsung 40 inch smart TV on Oct 2012. From panchkula and my number registered for the same was [protected], I guess u can get the details from my number. During that period I didn't wanted the led to be wall mounted and placed it in the stand, the engineer who came in gave me the wall mounted panel which I kept in safe. Now I came to dehradun and wanted the led to be wall mounted, I was shocked to know that the pannel does not belong to this led it is of some old model of LCD. I went to Samsung service centre dehradun and they straight away showed their inability to help me ...what a great customer service that was, , straight away denying.
