Hello Team,
I purchased Sansui TV from Amazon, order placed on 31/12/2022 with model as "SANSUI 140 cm (55 inch) 4K Ultra HD Smart QLED"
Google TV JSW55GSQLED (Black) HSN: 85287217 and 1 months ago, we came across the black spots appeared on the screen for which I lodged a complaint with Sansui customer care, after some time a solution was given by Sansui Head Office Uttarakhand.
On 29th Sep, a technician came and while opening the screen panel it was damaged(broken) by him. He ensured he will lodge a complaint in the Sansui office, we asked for a copy of the complaint which the technician denied no such complaint copies are shared. And the technician also informed not to contact the customer care now, and informed us to connect after 3-4 days.
Somehow we got connected to Sansui Head office, Dehradun, Uttrakhand (Office Name- Ujjwal Telecom, Dehradun, UK, Contact no- [protected]) on 30th Sep, We informed the Manager regarding the scenario, and he ensure us to get some solutions by the same day.
But we didn't get any kind of response from the Ujjwal (Head office ) Manager, we tried to connect the Ujjwal (Head office ) Manager, he disconnected our call. Today(3rd Oct) we tried again but he is not responding. Later we dropped a message in whatsapp so we got a call from Rahul Chahuan.
So he assured us to look into the matter.
