Sansui India — repairing of tv not done while in warranty | |||
On dated[protected], i had purchased (Invoice no - snjf-01601) the sansui led t. V model no - sne-40hb23caf from the retailer - sargam india electronics pvt ltd address - shop no - 1, 2, 3 krishna mandir chowk, najafgarh, new delhi-110043 (Tin no - [protected]) tel - [protected]. On dated 20.11.18 complaint has been registered (Del [protected]) to the company about the t. V display issue as t. V is in warranty period. T. V has been pick up by the company but we haven't received yet the product. Many times approached to the retailer & contacted but issue not resolved yet as spare not available. Almost 8 months we are facing the difficulty & mental harassment to get the t. V repaired. Request you to kindly look into the matter. Invoice copy & complaint doc enclosed.
