Respected sir, I am benimadhab sharma from durgapur, west bengal. I bought a sansui smartphone from snapdeal on 20.7.17. After 10 days it's got damaged. I contacted with customer care. They didn't cure my problems. I have the warranty of my product. I send scan copies of retail invoice and special customer replacement certificate. Pls take a positive steps.
