Sansui India — Split AC - Very poor service support and pathetic/unethical behavior | |||
Very poor service support and pathetic/unethical behavior - I have purchased VM35639 in Mach 2016. This Year while starting AC-it was observed that no cooled air coming out. Massage received regarding servicing, however no one visited, again I have requested customer care and finally service provider came. After checking he has confirmed regarding Gas-filling. Charge as he told as 1500/- and I have told by customer care that charge for service would be approx 500/-, however I have been charged as follows: 1. Service charge - Rs. 625.00 2. Gas Charge - Rs. 1700.00 3. Tax(15%) - Rs. 348.75 Total - Rs. 2673.75 Further, I have been told that in case you do not take bill total charge would be Rs. 1900.00. excessive charge with unprofessional/unethical behavior.
