Dear Sir I have purchased TV of Sansui TV from Vijay Sales and I have registered complaint at vijay sales with GJSL[protected]VS complaint number for sansui TV. Engineer have reported physical damage without visiting TV at Home, and same reply is given in email on the basis of image which i have shared. I have assure that not a single scratch or physical damage on TV and tis is internal damage of panel but unfortunately i have worst experience of SANSUI Team. My TV is in warranty period and for this internal damage they have to change or repair TV without any charges but unfortunately they are not consider this in warranty and denial to repair or replace TV. Kindly help me to short out this issue. I even asked your technician to show me a single scratch on the outer screen of my TV since you’re calling this damage. He said it is not visible on outer side but it is damaged. This is really pathetic answer, i am frustrated with this service. Kindly do need full as early as possible.

I had a local technician come over after the Vijay Sales tech from Sansui visited. The local guy said that sometimes the panel can crack inside without any physical damage. I even asked your technician to show me a single scratch on the outer screen of my TV since you’re calling this damage. He said it is not visible on outer side but it is damaged. This is really pathetic answer, i am frustrated with this service. Kindly do need full as early as possible.
